Selling a property isn’t something most people do frequently, so it’s natural to have questions. Below, we’ve compiled some of the most common inquiries we receive, along with their answers. If your specific question isn’t addressed here, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via phone or email.

How Are Images Delivered?

Delivery is via a Dropbox, Google download or any requested digital download service you prefer. All images will be delivered in JPEG format sized for MLS. Additional sizes or file formats are available upon request.

When is payment due?

Invoice is due and payable on receipt with the delivery of the images. The invoice must be paid in full before any use of the images by the client. Any use prior to payment is a copyright violation.

Who owns the rights to the images BLOKSHOTS provides?

BLOKSHOTS retains the copyright to the images unless the client specially requests the image rights with an additional licensing fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand things happen and jobs may need to be rescheduled. Please give us notice as soon as you are made aware of this need. Due to any inclement weather, we can do a full reschedule or continue with all indoor photography and reschedule the exteriors, whichever works best for you.

Getting a property photo ready

Please note that we expect the property to be photo-ready for the time you set your appointment for.

Can you also provide a head shot for my website?

Yes! I’m happy to set up a time (not during a real estate shoot) to do your head shot.
